Inaugurated in 2007 and available in English and Turkish, Turkish Cuisine Portal (www.turkish-cuisine.org) is a rich resource featuring the many different aspects of Türkiye’s diverse culinary culture, including history, sociology, beliefs, ingredients, techniques and recipes.

In addition to offering recipes on traditional Turkish dishes, the site is an information source on the history and living traditions of Turkish cuisine, and elaborates on the various regional cuisines in Türkiye today.
