TCF-Culinary Arts Center presents with Nedim Atilla
“Pine Nut Harvest at Kozak Village”

| The TCF Culinary Arts Center has added a new destination to its popular culinary tours. The tour is timed with the pine nut harvest in the historical pine forests of Kozak near Izmir and will take place on February 26-28, 2016. In addition to participating in the harvest, the tour visit Izmir and Bergaman the antique city of Pergamon, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The tour will be led by Nedim Atilla, journalist and food culture researcher who is also the author of the first book on pine nuts. For more information and to register, visit here. |
