| Ayvalık is one of the biggest olive oil producing regions of Turkey. Due to its geographical location, mild climate and the high temperature gaps in the winter, the region grows delicious and high quality olives. The story of olive throughout history can be witnessed everywhere in Ayvalık. During our tour, we will visit places that have witnessed this history.
